All about Migration.

In social studies we are learning all about human Migration. I have made a slide show that explains what Migration is, explains push and pull factors and also includes different types of push and pull factors.


                     

My Map

In Social Studies we are working on Migration. One of our tasks is to create a my map of the places you have lived. I have lived in the south island my whole like but have moved around Christchurch. Here is my map and a short explanation of the places I've lived.

Blue markers are the areas Iv'e lived in :)

The first screenshot is all the places Iv'e lived and the second screenshot is a close up of the areas in Canterbury.  

Most of my moves were just simply moving houses but 3 of them were due to earthquakes. And yes I know I have moved around a lot.

List is in order of first area I lived in to the latest area.
