The Merchant of Venice - can do tasks.


  • Vocabulary Find the meanings of the following words: Venture, Vessel, Signior, Mortifying, Profound, Exhortation, Virtuous and Squandered.

Venture: risk of failures or losing money.
Vessle: ship or large boat.
Signior: Italian word for Mister
Mortifying: Great embarrassing moment or shame.
Profound: Very great or intense.
Exhortation: To urging someone to do something.
Virtuous: Having or showing very high moral standards.
Squandered: waste (something, especially money or time) in a reckless and foolish manner.
